We want you to be happy with every T-shirt you buy. If something isn't right, here is how returns, refunds, exchanges and shipping work.
1. Return eligibility
A product can be returned when:
- It is unused and in its original condition
- It is sent back in the original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- You can share proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
2. Items we cannot accept
- Products that have been used, washed or damaged
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. Replacement items are delivered within 10 days.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post, and are usually delivered within 7 days of the order or payment date, subject to courier timelines.
